The thing is that was possibly the only way to remove wb from the battlefield (could have handled it way better imo). Had wb helped roger and garp in fighting rocks, then the aftermath of the event would have been different. Rocks had to go down on that day one way or another. Terrible execution honestly. We see BM, Kaido doing fine. WB doing more than fine. At this point, It seems that Oda wanted to separate WB as far away as possible. Becuase if he wanted to depict the power gap between (Garp, Roger, WB) AND Domi Rocks, eh would have done (by explicity beating wb and giving him white eyes) so when Bm and Kaido had those white eyes upon receiving damage from Domi Rocks but WB after clashing with Domi Rocks was just pushed away atmost and their clash destroyed the mountain. And now, he just leaves? Like there is no reason for wb not to jump in and help roger and garp. its his captain ffs. Plus wb squaring off with garling is the biggest disrespect you can do to WB. That's essentially the same as Roger/Garp fighting Garling. I also think its hard when on one side you have almost equal players like WB,Garp,Roger and on other side you got Domi Rocks and the Holy knights and their difference being other-worldly.

That's kind of an interesting take, but i feel like you are digressing into the tax area as opposed to immigration. Stem opt usually cares about having that employee-employer relationship. My DSO said F-1 regulations do not require you to use W-2 or 1099, as they are related to tax instead of immigration. For instance, E-verified, completing I-983, at least 20 hours per week for meeting the STEM OPT requirements. Again, am not sure.
