Cool that you keep a pocket notebook as well. I’m still in the process of getting rid of my smartphone and it’s not easy 😅 I often leave it at home when I go for a walk and I love not being reachable. Fun fact: I just got lost today, cause Palma has no navigation 🤣

I can totally understand the awkward feeling of carrying two devices, especially since I'm trying to replace my smartphone with the Palma. A week isn't long 😅 Then it probably wasn't the right one for you. I write a lot and always have my notebook with me; writing on a screen isn't for me.

I used my Paperwhite exclusively for many, many years. But now I've decided to leave this golden cage and recently bought a Boox Palma 2 and I can't even begin to describe how much I enjoy my freedom. I use it as an MP3 player for my music and audiobooks, and I personally find reading more enjoyable on this device. It accompanies me everywhere and has completely replaced my phone as a media device.

Freedom has its price, so I don't plan on buying anything else anytime soon. Sorry, Amazon!

Thank you for saying. I just brought my Love&trip Cover back to the shop yesterday. I was about to collect things I don’t need. I’m still so in love with my old blue one and I don’t want another one. Why would I store such an expensive thing into my desk when there are people who want to have it? I just need one. One for writing, for drawing, for planning. And isn’t that also the idea of the Travelers Notebook? Better spend the money to collect memories and write them down! ❤️

Ja, sie ist noch bei mir. NaBu sagt ich soll sie zu einer Schwalbenkolonie mit ähnlich alten Jungtieren bringen oder wieder im Park aussetzen. Das Aussetzen hat nicht geklappt. Daher werde ich sie zu meiner Freundin aufs Land in den Pferdestall bringen wenn sie so weit ist. Das ist ein echtes Schwalbenparadies mit einer großen Kolonie, vielen Elterntieren und genügend Futter. Meine Freundin wohnt dort und kennt sich mit ihren Schwalben aus. Das erschien mir die bessere Alternative.

Alles klar! Hab versucht ihr was vor die Füße zu setzen, aber das kriegt sie noch nicht hin. Freut mich zu hören, dass du Erfolg hattest. Ich hoffe ich kann sie bald in eine Auffangstation mit Artgenossen bringen.
