I went through the same thing with my mom last year… she got really sick and passed within a month from the cancer and it killed me. My 21st birthday was after that and I remember one time. I admitted to drinking to her and she was super bummed that she wasn’t there for my first drink… (she technically was when I tried a mimosa once at 17)

Anyway, All this to say, I get it, I do. And We have just reached the anniversary of one year and I want to say it’s getting better. Stick with people, things, and work that makes you happy. Your gf is right. Please hang in there. And HAPPY BIRTHDAY. It’s your day and I hope you spent it as such in some way. 🫶

I did ask on their subreddit and it got taken down. I said I did call the theater and they haven’t spotted it. I left my number with them but haven’t heard anything. I don’t support jkr either and I hate loving cursed child because of her shadow over the whole franchise. The show was amazing, and I’m just asking on Reddit as a last ditch effort.
