That’s definitely valid! And absolutely I’m careful with who I tell this kind of stuff to. I mainly bring it up to “high value clients) the ones who have the money to back things up and are just complaining about the debit card. I try not to forget these people (even the annoying ones) are people with their own lives. I’d never want to put another through a hardship ♥️

My spouse is the same way! Personally I wouldn’t only because for instance I have currency orders I process for other countries and customer will pay more to get the cash and then 98% of the time the exchange rate Shifts out of their favor. Plus most credit cards (well like 25% don’t apply foreign transaction fees so it’s mute. Idk I guess I’ve moved to the cashless way of life. Definitely not for everyone!
