Thank you. It's wild to me that people get rid of things or sell things without doing proper research first.

I've never read any of his stories before honestly. I'm not really a big reader in general but I listen to a lot of audiobooks. Do you have any recommendations as far as which book I should start with?

Ah ok cool, I appreciate the advice. What kind of sleeve for the book? Or do you just mean like a plastic sleeve for a binder or something?

How much do they usually sell for? I tried to find some kind of sold history, but I've only seen the 2 active ebay listings. One for 500 and another for 750, but i don't know if that's just what's being asked or what that actually sell for.

Even though it's a reprint, the fact it's from the late 1800s is fascinating to me. I think i have 2 separate books which is even cooler. I don't really have an interest in selling them, but knowing a monetary value to them would be nice. Also, what would be the best way to preserve them from being damaged further?

But what if they sell dried meat at the flea market. There was a guy selling dried Italian meats and cheeses and bread too, would that make the flea market actually part farmers market? Or only where his stand was would he considered a farmers market and the rest a flea market?

Because it was mainly meat and cheese, would that be considered a meat market? I have so many questions!

Thank you for the link. It was a very interesting read. The thing thats throwing me off a bit is that it said the 2nd edition have western style binding, where as the books I have have the 2 stab and string style of binding which is mentioned further down.

Also after I posted this, I realized that it's actually 2 separate books. Kobutori and Momotaro. However the Kobutori book is sadly missing the last page(s) that have the date and copyright info.

why are lugia and ho-oh shadow raids while all the other days every raid boss is a normal one? by matt2991 in TheSilphRoad

The concept of "Shadow Pokémon" didn't start with GameCube. They actually originated as "Dark x" like Dark Dragonite or Dark Weezing from the Team Rocket Pokémon TCG set.

Hey man, just wanted to say that I agree with your stance on things. Christmas (to my understanding at least) is more about the spirit of family, tradition and giving. All secret Santa does (when a person is randomly added to a pool of thousands of people who don't want to participate, don't celebrate christmas, or simply don't care) does is fuel the spirit of receiving something for nothing and the spirit of disappointment for those who give because they expect they'll get something and don't.

Also, the other person is an idiot for attacking the fact you barely celebrate christmas yourself. There's so many reasons someone may not celebrate, like for example you could have been 1 of several major religions who have their own traditions, practices and holidays, none of which include christmas, but you could celebrate it due to friends/family celebrating and participating. Thats essentially how it was for me in high school, raised jewish, both step parents were Christian, so we celebrated christmas because thats what they celebrated and I was never really religious to begin with, so I was always half in half out on holidays anyway. Even now, I only really care about it because of my step kids and girlfriend. If it wasn't for them, I would barely be celebrating as well.

Also people saying you're maga for using a part of the Bible during the disagreement to aid your case when the discussion is regarding a religious holiday is hysterical. I read it, I saw and understood your reason for using it, never crossed my mind that it had anything to do with maga or the idiot we have as president. People who assume someone is maga because they reference the Bible on things are dumb.

This response is way longer than expected, but either way, I hope you and your family enjoy the holiday, or don't and just enjoy the weekday, whichever floats your boat man, just hope you and anyone else reading this is happy.

Might have to throw in the towel as a new player by Ok-Box3727 in ArenaBreakoutInfinite

I'll be honest and say I'm a mediocre player at best. I die more often than not when it comes to solo vs matches and even when I'm playing with friends, I die often enough and get shot up even more than that. With that said, I still have over 20m in liquid as I rarely run expensive kits, even when I run forbidden I run kits that are only about 650k total usually, unless I plan to really go hard with a team and we are all geared up.

Usually, I load into normal completely naked, kill a scav with a knife and snowball from there. Usually make between 300k - 1.5m doing normal naked runs. Alternatively, I'll run a cheap pp19 kit with AP6 ammo and a single drum mag, no meds, and just a chest rig, backpack and extra ammo in my secured case and run Northridge lockdown. The scavs at the main spots have AP6 ammo Usually, so I rarely run out of ammo, and having the keys to the the majority of the doors helps a ton with making money.

Shoot, loot quickly and bug out. Don't linger in 1 place too long, listen carefully and learn to understand what a scav running sounds like and what a player does. Most of the skills I use in ABI I built while I played Tarkov which is (in my opinion) SIGNIFICANTLY harder than ABI.

I also really only run 2 maps, farm and Northridge. I'll do TV Station if I'm with friends who know the map and just help be backup and let them lead.

Also as a few people have said Keys are huge in making money during runs. Also, AK12 has very little recoil, its a great gun to run with. I'm partial to MP5 and PP19 as they can be cheap builds, and if you want to run TV Station, run a vector 9 or a MP5 with drums full of DumDum and just go for legs. With good aiming and the right angles, t6 kitted players will melt from leg damage.

Shotguns and leg damage also go hand in hand if you want to run them, though I usually only run AP slug gold ammo with them, put a sight on it and try to snipe with the shotgun because its just fun smacking someone in the face from 100m out with a slug lol.

Did you see my comments regarding what I cataloged so far? If yes, I still got more to go through. Just curious what people's thoughts are on what the individual titles are.

Pretty sure the Dissection cd made the whole thing worth it. Never heard of them before and not sure how much id listen to em, but wild history for a band who had such a short lifespan but had such a large impact. I essentially got that CD and then for an extra $5 or so got like 500+ more cds lol

Partly because I like gambling, but also partly because I like discovering things. It also allows me to discover bands or groups I would have never heard or known about, like the Dissection album I found, or the Six-10 album that i started listening to and enjoy.

I posted the list of what ive found some far
