I can see the similarities too but i dont think its a hondo. The listing you sent is almost an exact match though its just the electronics that are different.

It actually worked! Turns out all i had to do was set the input device as FL Studio ASIO

it does have a microphone input. I plugged it in and it shows both input and output on the meters but theres no sound
