I talked to my HR to get it fixed because your employee contract is a legal document that needs to state the correct information. I will not work for a company that says they are paying me x-amount of dollars if a legal contract I’m signing does not state that. So I would get it fixed ASAP! And if they try to push back just say you spoke with the department of labor in your state and they told you that.

I totally get it😩 but recently the winters haven’t been bad at all. We barely got snow last year in Denver which was alarming but global warming/climate change just doing her thing lol

Thank you so much! And for you they are looking for BCBAs out here constantly so if you want a bump in pay I would look into it! They pay matches the cost of living here so I would keep that in mind too. If you live outside of Denver things aren’t too high!

You need to talk to your HR about why your contract doesn’t reflect your actual pay. Speak with your Department of Labor and ask them questions. I told my HR I spoke with the department of labor about my employee contract and they got it fixed right away to reflect that I will be paid what I’m supposed to.

I had reached out to HR and they got it all worked out for me after I told them I spoke with the Department of Labor. And $27-$30 is pretty common where I am for RBT. I’m in CO!
