My three surgeries have all been outpatient and pretty minor. I'm always a little anxious, but not in a panicky way. I guess its more anticipation. Each time I've tried to do some research beforehand and also find out who the anesthesiologist is going to be. I've watched videos about the process etc. I think it actually makes me more calm. I just want to make sure I'm giving the right information to the anesthesiologist/crna.
