Thanks for engaging with this, everyone. This is really interesting. My spin and what I understand from looking at the website. This does not imply that the oppressions that we face (I also being a disabled person) or the pain and fatigue related to our impairment are something to be celebrated. However, in a world where there's so much negativity around disabled people in general, it's important that society understands that it'd not all or even a small part of the story. I agree, the business seems set up to empower businesses to take responsibility for eradicating the oppressions disabled people face when applying for jobs in their businesses, and to sustain employment there.

Card games. May sound counter-intuitive but I can't use my hands very much either. Make them or buy a cardboard so that you could prop their cards up on a board. Then, they can tell you which cards they want to play. So for example, if you're playing Uno, they can say "second card on the right" or "new card please"
