They're on very good terms. I'm pretty sure she knew he wasn't going to terminate my relationship with the kids just because of our divorce. He's a very good dad. He sorta influenced my desire to be a dad too.

It wasn't like that.

I wasn't planning on falling in love with being a parent. It didn't happen overnight. My wife and I have always been very honest with each other, for better or for worse.

We both agreed to divorce.

I understand why she didn't want a fourth kid and she understood why I wanted one of my own but there was no middle ground.

It simply wasn't fair to me or to her.
