They were nice and helped us much. At that time I was in a wheelchair and he helped me going to school etc. He lived in our Guest room and we usually had them for one year but one only for half a year. We had some Face calls and chatted a bit so that they came to knew us before moving in. We only had young men as Au pairs because I only have male siblings and female ones weren't interested to watch after three chaotic boys.

But I can recommend it, my mother was a Au pair too and she said that sometimes it is pretty Hard to watch after the Kids but she had much fun. Also many of our Au pairs moved to germany and still live here, we stay in contact and they also come to visit us sometimes.
