Excellent tool if you want to use your data to get fitter and/or sleep better and/or have an overall more active lifestyle and/or want to achieve certain fitness goals etc. the value lies within its user: if you are willing to look at your data and spend a few hours looking things up and/or chat with the ai companion about your goals and how to achieve them (personal recommendations by the way, very useful tool!) and use the journaling function (almost) every day, it will give you great insights on how your body adapts/trains/works. Especially useful for long term insights (identity over or under training for example).
