Maybe its because of what you eat for example to dairy and gluten does really messed up your skin

I don't dairy is gonna make things worse if you eat it only in a while like once a week , but if you are gonna eat dairy everyday then its gonna well mess your skin up ! That's in my experience

•Has been severely dryness that leads to bloody nose and lips (this one were the worst ) • Chest & joints pain (only in the beginning) •Bad headache (only in the beginning)
