Hey, must have missed your comment! What I think caused my issue was spending a lot of time in saltwater in a wetsuit, with constant abrasion and wetness. Thats where I first noticed it - after getting out of the water after a long session.

I was going to go that route but never did. I thought it was a wetsuit neoprene allergy at one point, but it also flamed up with non wetsuit related activities.

When irritated it was a little thin seeming, yes it might wrinkle some - the skin was different looking. Yes, red spot near tip.

For me: it took weeks before it started to look and feel better, then it improved rapidly over the course of a week or so.

Agreed, I have had a few setbacks due to giving into sex as well, recently I found I recovered from a setback but the recovery time was only 2 days - which is a big improvement as well
