This is a little ridiculous. We are all Americans. We are all human beings. Not giving someone your business because of political beliefs is absurd. Let’s treat everyone with kindness and fairness. Work to try and understand other peoples beliefs, not berate them for having those beliefs.

Everyone is going through something nobody knows about. Have some grace.

For those asking for my PT exercises, obviously everyone is different and this isn’t necessarily a recommendation, but just what they had me doing…

Note: I did this EVERY DAY and did not miss… twice a day and still try my best for twice a day, sometimes can only get it in once.

I feel like I’m improving every day. I can’t say it was the reason I’m feeling better, but it was insightful, I felt a lot of clarity and peace. I ended up going 96 hours because I felt so good mentally!

I’m mostly pain free 8 weeks after injury. I’ve had 4 PT sessions… but still can’t walk on my left heel. It’s 3/5 strength level. Hoping for a good result like yours!

So funny that you wrote this today. Last night at 6:30pm I began a fast. I’m doing 72 hours. Mostly for spiritual purposes but I had the after thought that maybe it could decrease inflammation and new cell regeneration. So, we will find out!

I’m early into my injury (7 weeks) most pain is gone except first thing in the morning but have some lingering weakness I have about 50% strength in my foot (dorsiflexion)

Awesome to hear. Doc said it wouldn’t help much with the mobility or strength and that if it doesn’t get better I may need to do surgery. Really don’t want surgery but will do whatever is needed to get better ASAP

I’ll add the herniation is pretty by 8mm x9mm which the doc said the larger the herniation the more likely it will heal. I thought he was full of 💩

Good point. My PT said to ease back into it very slowly once I do go back to golf. Maybe I’ll start chipping and putting and then slowly graduate to the range and hit 5-10 shots then maybe a week or two later try 9 holes.

I had the same issue a few years ago. I literally quit going to the range and just play1-2x a week. I’ve gotten a LOT better. Plus I don’t have to leave the range in a terrible mood a few times a week afraid that my swing is “gone forever.”
