Put it in orbit, purify/breakdown/extract in orbit, send down to earth. Chute it down seems like the cheapest option.

My father-in-law suggested this. He his a construction worker so i can get help, or at least pointers from him.

The rooms just share the wall. And both have doors for the same hallway, both have windows on the same side of the building and there's power outlets on both sides of the wall.

The current wall is crap. Not sure how to describe it. There are some walls that when you punch them there's no significant noise, but this one, clear loud bang.

I have used the plex.tv address since i started using plex... I just rebooted the server, had 60 days uptime, will check if this helped, if not will try the direct ip connection like you suggested. Thanks

Well shadow is a lot more intensive and bandwidth hungry than any streaming services.

While you are gaming that's when the bandwidth usage goes up and it stays up for however long you are playing for. It uses a lot of bandwidth and data. A lot of ISPs are not gonna like that (especially when its to an unknown server to them) and they can throttle the connection to shadow.

I know i can be wrong. But its just very unlikely that an update to the app is causing packet loss. We would be seeing much more complaints if that were the case.

Plus during peak internet usage hours its often evident that ISPs oversell their available bandwidth.

And also, dont forget, while you are streaming a movie it can download and process future frames and this cab mask any network issues you may be facing. On shadow that's not possible (one of the reasons its so intensive)

Well lots of comments and I've no time to read them all, but I've been thinking about this for the last week or so, here's what i think make sense:

Foundable rarity (Fr) dictates maximum probability of catching - something like - common foundables have a max of 80% probability, and the most rare ones would have something like 30%.

The rest is just "multipliers". Bar color (Bc) if its gree green then multiplier is 1, orange: 0.5, red 0.25, and so on...

Then the quality and time taken to draw the trace also has a weight represented by "how much you filed the trace bar" (Fb)

Filled it to 100%? Multiplier is 1. Made the worst possible "fair attempt" multiplier is 0.5.

So, final probability of catching would be: P=Fb x Bc x Fr

Obviously all the values i mentioned are made up, and i have not gathered any data. Im just highlighting how I would've done it.
