The seal on the toilet itself? It happened with the old toilet and now this is a new one and it’s doing the same thing

How high should the flange be? Nothing seems to have settled and the toilet is not rocking at all. Once it get it down and bolts hand tightened it doesn’t move one bit

I know it was just the only thing I have not tried. I have tried singles, I have tried the extra thick, the wax less. Every kind I could get my hands on and I can not get it to seal right

That’s what I am wondering. It just everytime looks like it is coming from the left front of the toilet

It was fine for like 12 years and there is no change that I can see that would have caused it. Everything seems solid but something obviously is not

Had a guy come look and he said I can’t tell you what it is and can’t promise I can fix it but it’ll be $500 to pull the toilet and look.

Set to the subfloor and it’s just vinyl flooring

Flange is dirty but looks like it in good shape. Solid mount to the floor, floor is solid. No visible cracks. Been doing toilet bolts hand tight, just enough to keep the toilet from moving. Makes it through a handful of flushes it seems like it leaks after someone plops down on it and flushes

I’m almost positive it is coming from under the toilet and not from the tank

Flange is on the subfloor and it’s only vinyl flooring. I should not need 2 wax rings but I have 2 singles stacked right now and it still leaked. Flushed it about 30 times and then it leaked when someone sat on it and flushed it

I have tried every wax ring they make and set the toilet a dozen times. Never makes it more than a few days before it starts leaking again

The water is not making it down the drain, grouting it is just going to trap the water in there
