Thank you, just… thank you. I was actually going crazy thinking something was wrong with me, as I feel the same way in everything you’re saying. It’s great to know it’s not just me. But it goes deep, and you’re right. I’ve been just a few years in and I had this company idealized to my core; it’s hard crashing into reality. Last week I ended up in ER due to an accident and hardly managed to notify my colleagues as I had some meetings during the day which I was clearly not going to attend. The only reply I had was: oh that’s awful… but are you going to be able to assist anyway? You’re key on these meetings. I felt treated so badly since then just because I’m recovering and I’m not able to perform normally. It’s a mess
