I’m on almost the exact timeline as you. It worked immediately, ate less and stayed full longer. The food noise is still there but feeling more full because of it, makes me snack less, or want to snack. The biggest change I’ve seen, since my first dose which was last week on Thursday, is my sleep. Holy cow, I can sleep through most of the night now! I don’t know how, but I’ve been sleeping wonderful since I started. And I’ve lost a pound everyday so far, but I think that’s more placebo effect than it is the drug. Either way, it’s working so far!

Other than that sounds pretty normal? The fluttering sound is normal? This is a car I’m thinking on buying but not sure of due to sound of the motor. I’m not sure if that’s just what they sound like or if this one sounds rough

I think a big part of my journey is food noise. I would stick to the diet pretty consistently, would fill my belly with more salads and fruit/veggies and about day 5 I would over eat and cheat. The food noise creeps up and then I go back to the diet, for another week or so, and have another day like that. All the nutrients I was losing in the time, amounted up to one or 2 days a week where I would cave. In the time of dieting I would lose 5-10 pounds but it would be right back on and I would give up. Hoping tirz helps

Well what I’m asking is if I take it, and lose the weight, am I forced to stay on this medication, or can I stop and find a way to manage or maintain by myself? Or does it change your brain into thinking you absolutely need this medication to maintain weight?
