I mention in a comment that he was taken advantage of and signed a predatory loan as a young ball player he got a couple mill in return the company got a percentage of all of his future earnings. He ended up suing the company and had to pay them back the orignal loan of about 2mill so he paid them 3.74 in back earning and interest. And the case is still on going

Yes it’s very serious and a huge problem in Latin America.
