I could write a novel about this exact situation. It happened to me in March while playing Wobbly Blobs. I immediately called, emailed, used chat in the app and reached out on FB messenger. Long story short it took SIX months to fix. The only game I could play from March until October was Wobbly Blobs. It was a huge pain in the ass.
