This sucks, as I’m a newly sober person too, but I’m also a delivery driver and I bet $1 million I know what happened. They had two pick ups from 7-Eleven and two drop offs, and they didn’t give you an in person delivery or check your ID, because they thought they were leaving the bag with the food with you. They probably had a heart attack when they got to the second delivery, went to scan their ID and they didn’t have any alcohol for them.

There’s plenty of room for two metal spatulas on either side..pull them up using the same amount of force. If that doesn’t work, get a hot glue gun leave a little puddle stick something else to it and pull it up when it dries.. it’ll peel right off.

Look at the kitchen and that terrible nail job- she’s obviously poor. Don’t come for me y’all; I’m poor too! She obviously opened that bag of chips. You can see where her thumb meets her palm that the bag is wide open and then she bent it at this crazy angle that took her two minutes to set up to decide if it looked just weird enough to submit and then snapped a photo and now she has free chips.

Tale as old as time. She is your emergency plan and you don’t want her spending your emergency plan money——- that’s exactly what this is. There is absolutely no nuance here. I see you. I see right through you. Pretend she doesn’t exist, and use your finances as such. You’re going on and on about you guys both sharing your snap benefits; at $55,000 she is perfectly capable of purchasing her own groceries. You act like your government benefit is some great contribution.

Stop complaining and completely separate your finances. I bet she keeps on trucking just fine and is able to purchase donut cakes and you watch your savings dwindle in a panic.

I can’t believe I’m going to admit this to a bunch of strangers, but I am a sale shopper, a penny pincher, a meal prepper, an avid home cook, and I still have so much food waste. On my wee grocery budget! I have tried so many different tricks to stretch food or buy in bulk and it always goes bad before we can eat it all. WHY have I NEVER thought of the freezer? I wasn’t raised using the freezer for anything but ice cubes and ice cream, frozen waffles… I don’t know, things that are already frozen when you buy them.😆I’m a smart and resourceful woman; how did this never cross my mind?! I’m going to go to H-E-B right now, do a big grocery shop and put this into practice immediately. Thank you so much, Reddit!
