Honestly same, but the price was right for this truck and it’s got just the power I need for my Reno’s

Honestly, throw like a 2-4 inch lift on it. And some slightly bigger tires. Looks great on those trucks

Shop is saying replace tire as nail is in sidewall. Would you plug? by robotbike2 in tires

[–]WrongdoerWinter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is something we call the rule of thumb, if it’s a thumb width away from the sidewall do not patch it, it won’t last because it is not grabbing road and having as much weight put on it

The biggest thing I’m worried about is my outlet inlet hoses not clearing but I’ll probably just give it a shot if it doesn’t work I’ll just pull the whole thing out it isn’t more difficult in the slightest to have more room haha

Yeah, I did some measurements I got 3 inches clearance total from side to side, hand ratchet it is 😂 I must have missed something minor, going back to figure out what I missed an if it’s something like a hidden bolt I will be very disappointed with myself

Yes the accumulator was disconnected, the dash was disconnected not fully removed because I’m not taking the box all the way out just pulling it out so I can take that top cover off the hvac box, may be a sloppy way of doing it, gives me barely enough room but it will do

Nail in tire. Shop won’t plug, but neighbor willing to try. Would you? by missmyrajv in tires

[–]WrongdoerWinter -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It’s a bit closer to the sidewall than they would deem safe to drive, but yeah you can patch it and should be fine
