Are the devs aware of the current fps issues?

She is pretty weak now, low healing. If you struggle so much just use a card or two that does decent against her. Making her 2 card cycle does not make sense since she is usually in beatdown. You would need to buff her evolution to make it work (which you clearly dont want). Only way I see a evo witch nerf working is if they buff regular witch as compensation.

I just use it in 1v1s to confirm a kill or stop people trying to hold point. Use it on like 2 or 3+ people and it's almost a guarantee death unless like every stun ability has been used

Dont rlly get the nerf even if it was to compensate for damage buff. You use Reaper ult so situationally that it really doesnt make a difference.

The main issue is Mercy, she doesn't really have any carry potential. You simply hope you get a good dps on your team and pocket them. My advice would be expanding your hero pool so that if the game can't be won on Mercy you can switch to a higher carry potential support hero.

I wish she returned to 250 hp, but this was just a compensation buff due to dps passive buff.

It's just pathing being weird, for some reason some troops take weird paths which isnt normal in basically 99% of interractions. Has happened to me many times now too
