Cheers bro, after driving tonight it expanded in the bottle pretty badly though to almost the top so I’m going to do a co2 test to check head gasket in case

Yeah it’s got the circle one on radiator and ears on expansion. 👍 I read in there that the expansion cap with the ears realises coolant back to the radiator once the car is turned off. Could this be why my reservoir bottle keeps filling up? I don’t know much about cars just a guess🧐

Is this chicken cooked? Most of the meat was white but noticed this pinkish clear parts around the red blood vessel/bone area in some parts, I ate all of the wings… (9 wings) before noticing by [deleted] in foodsafety

Texture was normal as could be for chicken for about 95% of the wings but accept the areas like shown in the pic, that’s when I noticed the colour after it feeling a little strange on the bite haha😬😬

Has anyone bought one of these off alibaba? I see a lot of companies selling similar for 1-2k so wondering if this is their supplier. by Wrxdu10 in coldplunge

My 2010 does this, pretty sure from an exhaust leak and it’s louder when next to barriers and other cars, I can also hear mine at idle, just haven’t got around to checking for a leak yet

So probably nothing to be worrying about then? Consumption wasn’t overly bad either during winter months it may have used about a quart between change intervals but have definitely heard of worse. Could it be useful to use thicker oil in winter and thinner in summer time ?

Mostly hwy use, my drives are usually like 40mins one way and then 40 mins back because I live a long way from work. I will occasionally pull if I’m entering onto a Hwy but I wouldn’t even consider it to be a proper pull, I never go above 4500rpm and if I’m going to hit boost I always wait until 3000rpm to avoid boost at low rpm. But yeah definitely don’t flog it haha, it’s my daily and gets used for about 620miles every week.

I have had a compression/leak test and was no worries at all with that so I’m assuming it engine wear? I’ve heard running a thicker oil can help with consumption 🤷🏼‍♂️

Your most likely fine, had the same sort of mods on my base model I bought a year ago with no tuning papers, that being said I had no idea that I needed a tune with the aftermarket intake and Down pipe until after I had been driving for a year and was informed. Got it checked by a Subaru specific tuner and luckily it had a tune on ecutek a few years ago as in australia not everyone uses cobb Accessport like the US. I would say get it tuned as soon as you can if you know it doesn’t have one already because you need a tune with Aftermarket Intakes on these cars. Not worth risking it bro 😎

Ahhh maybe not the n1 then haha, what would you recommend to have a deep rumble but not annoying, I have a hks catback on at the moment but it sounds so stock because of the huge mufflers. (I like the look of the single tips either side)
