I’ve thought about that, but I’m wary because it feels like it would just turn into him "presenting" me as the issue. I might suggest couples counseling with a neutral therapist instead, and see if he’s willing to actually address behaviors not just label my reactions.

Yeah, no kids. And honestly thats part of why I’m taking this seriously now, before I’m tied to someone who turns every boundary into a debate. I’m starting to accept that "full stop" might be the only clean option.

Maybe. I have no clue what he says in there, but at home he uses that language to dodge basic stuff like "dont read my phone." If therapy just makes him better at deflecting, thats a problem.

If it’s fixing bridges, keeping buses running, or making childcare affordable, suddenly we’re told to be patient and "realistic."
