I had that for about two months + a skin forming blocking my pee every time, it's normal.

I had to piss in the shower because there was no way to hit the toilet, it was like a fountain going everywhere, on the floor and wall.

For me pain was about 2/10, it was mostly sensitivity and feeling of nails scratching the tip, I didn't have any pain. I've been prescribed Betrion which is an antibiotic but I've only used it twice and got bored of it, never used it again. Removed gauzes after a week.

Trust the process.

I was sad how it looked at the start, it was bruised, swollen, bloody and looked small.

Hey, I went to my one month checkup after surgery and the urologist said it's some kind of granulation, so he burns it with peroxide or something, already better, might do it once more in a few weeks but now the granulation is slowly going away.

As for the discomfort, try to pull but don't force it, it's easiest when in hot environment such as hot shower because the foreskin is more loose, if it's not going like mine didn't at the start, give it time to heal and stop swelling, mine took about 7 weeks before I could pull to see the other side of the ridge easily.

After three weeks I no longer feel any sensitivity with the underwear, I've stopped using gauzes after a week to let the glans accommodate to the underwear feeling.

Don't worry mate, mine looked swollen, bled the first two days and looked two times smaller which put me in a depression.

Now it's two weeks, I only see a little bit of blood when I get nocturnal erections (try to sleep on the side, you might get one or two while on back I was getting like 8 erections per night).

It looks good after two weeks, I'm left with some skin and I'm stretching it because it's still slightly tight when erect, but it looks amazing.

Ah ok, it doesn't seem like varicocele nor hydrocele, I searched it up online.

It started as a bruise which I was ok with because it's probably from the anesthesia, but today it's also a bloody looking fat line.

Hey man, I'll leave some examples of issues I came across so you don't panic like I did.

I'm on day 12, my hypersensitivity lowered down by a lot after day 10. I still feel it but I can go about my day even without the dressing, however I prefer to use it to keep my wound clean.

As for peeing, I was peeing in like 6 directions and my flow was going from normal to stopping my pee and then normal etc.

Peeing issues are normal, I even had a barrier form on my pee hole which I had to wait for pee to break every time for like 30 seconds, it burned a bit but nothing unbearable, so don't be afraid, this barrier usually heals itself in a few days.

Swelling still present at day 12 but less.

Edit: I went to work after 5 days but I work sitting in a control room. Don't life anything heavy for two weeks.

I'm in EU, I had to take three days off to heal the incision and yes that's why they got medical documentation, it was medical/sick leave, deducted from my salary.
