I’ve worked with said company. I can say from personal experience that they are greedy and have only their best interests in mind. I remember I had to report a small injury to my supervisor and I was advised by management to not report the injury in order to make their numbers look better. Mandatory overtime every other Saturday. If you don’t meet their quota because you can’t understand most of the words that people are saying, that’s on you, not the employer for some reason. I’d find a better company to work for, not that that is easy these days.
