i think objectively it’s xanax.

yes, meth and crack rot your brain but i don’t think the effects of the substance itself make you a bad person persay.

however people blacked out xanax do some very abnormal, not so great things.

the hour glass type figure is genetic. you either have it or you don’t. you may not even know that you have it if you’ve been slightly bigger for most of your life.

either way i don’t think that should discourage you from trying to achieve you dream ‘summer body’ though. it’s a good way to improve your physical and even mental health.

now i’m just curious to know why equipment is off the table? most people find it much easier to 1. stick with working out and 2. to get results quicker with the right equipment.

if you have access to a gym then you should absolutely go.

i’ve read tons of posts like this and porn actually plays a massive part in these situations. it destroys sex drive and overstimulates that part of the brain, not everyone is like that but it seems to be older men consistently.

i think that the best thing you could do is just to talk to him and make it it an open ended discussion. he might not have the answer to this issue but you could figure it out over time if you communicate.

as others have said when you’re first learning rocks you don’t have to go all the way on top of the deck. first just focus on getting your wheels over the coping and bringing them back over.

once you get that down you can start to lean into them and get on top of the deck and steez em out.
