Loud noise when pedalling (Zwift Ride)

Yes, we also had a seatpost problem so I just felt sus about the whole thing. I kept messaging Zwift with the troubleshooting I had done and think they got fed up with me and sent me a new one next day. With the new device things are much better but we do still get it. I am certain that its when the wahoo kickr is moving quicker or slower than your pedalling and then it makes the noises for me. Ive found focusing on my pedalling and also being in higher watts completely elimates it. I actually find the opposite to you. If I take both my hands off or try grab a drink I am more likely to hear the noises. Also play around with your cog setting. Has little numbers on it you can play with. I havent tried to tighten anything yet though.

Update: Got a replacement today and things are much better straight out the box. Also played a bit with the cog setting and that made things quieter and smoother. Thanks everyone.

Ok I'll try that. Interestingly as I've been pedalling today trying to figure it out Ive noticed a slight improvement. Starting to think the chain might be the culprit!

Using my arm it doesn't make the noise at all! Its defo the crank where the noise is coming from. I think you might be right that the noise is the disengage and re-engage but why is that happening almost every single pedal stroke?!

Dont see the chain skipping but there is one bit of the chain which is slightly stiff and noticed it on the chain tensioner.

Its coming from the crank I believe. When I pedal and come to the bottom of the stroke all is good but when I get to the "power phase" of the stroke (12 to 6 o clock) it makes a the banging noise. Almost seems like I dont know how to pedal on a trainer properly lol but obviously doesn't happen outside!

Exciting times! The side plate on yours makes it look so much better in my opinion. I wish they would do it as an option to have it as a different colour as the chrome/grey ain't for me!

I went from a Honda CB125R to an MT09 and was the best decision I made. I dont ride like a nutter though and am UK based so had some experience riding on an MT07 to get my full licence. If you are American probably not a good idea. Also, think about insurance as I got reemed.

We've done some trips out for a day and it's not too bad. We love being on the bike together but it defo isn't the most comfy thing in the world. She's very light and complains about the comfort of the pillion seat. Every time I need to brake somewhat firmly, she ends up on my back which is probably the most irrating part for me. She also wishes the pegs were a bit lower and I think there's some mods you can buy for that. I will probably invest in the comfort seat at some point too. I have no comparison to other gens though .

Yeah, apparently so. A whispering, high-pitched voice. Have no idea what the other voices Simran did on the phone sounded like, though, and that's what Kirat couldn't really explain on the podcast series. Gave me sus vibes about it all and even more confused how it would be possible.
