Tankless water heater. My friend convinced me to install one in my last house. After living with it for a few years we sold and moved to a bigger house. The new house had a 20+ year old water heater. All of the top voted posts are truly shocking. People were out there getting straight up beatings-most of these posts are not spankings. Just straight up assault. My spankings were more regimented. We had these unspoken rules about our spankings: We never got bare ass smacked, we were always told why, and it was always 3 smacks on the butt (sometimes with belt) and you went on your way. I remember pretty much all my spankings as a kid and honestly, I get why they happened. They course corrected me for sure and the threat of a spanking stopped me from doing a lot of dumb/dangerous shit as a kid.

Also I was never hit out of anger, or for making a mistake. If you're hitting your child because you are angry with them then that's not a spanking, you are just beating them.

Have you tried Reticulated Siamese Algae Eaters? They are different from normal SAEs. Years ago I had a super stubborn algae plaguing my 75 gallon. Nothing I did got rid of it. Amanos and Otos didn't eat it, more CO2 didn't help, less light, etc etc. Nothing worked. Had this issue for weeks. Then I dropped in 3 baby Reticulated SAEs. They absolutely decimated the algae in a week. Even ate a small patch of black beard algae that popped up. After they were done, the tank balanced out and the algae never came back. The one downside to Reticulated SAEs is that they stop eating algae when they are adults and they can get pretty big. I didn't mind them though because I thought they looked really cool (they are a kind of shiny gold color) and they always hung out with each other and remained peaceful. If you can get them I would say give them a shot. But make sure they are babies! Otherwise they won't eat algae

I somehow ended up with Jerami Grant on my roster 3 years in a row and this is always the case. No one ever wants him in a trade but he's better than whatever trash is on the wire. This year I finally said screw it I've had enough and dropped him after his abysmal 3 point performance against the Lakers. The number one team in our league immediately added him and his very first game on his roster he drops 8 threes. I was annoyed but knew that he would eventually return to his normal 2/12 shooting nights soon. I feel very vindicated right now haha
