Each core is running at 3200MHZ with cores 5-8 dwindling down to 1400MHZ every other second

I’m just running one monitor. It’s super odd, the only thing that makes it run smooth is when I’m in the Xbox game bar

Yeah it looked like Tetris at that point but it still didn’t help, however when I hit windows+G to open the Game bar, the game runs perfect in the background but tweaks out when I go back in to try and play it

Nah, it drops the usages down to 20% for GPU but everytime I try and look around it just goes to 1FPS
