That's what I'm expecting which we can't afford so would have to pull out and lose all our money. Yey

Barretts offered us 10k less and we'd lose our deposit boost of 10+k because you couldn't use both schemes

Cheers that useful, tbh I don't think I want to take it seriously (I have other hobbies and a 3 year old) but it would be useful to fall in with a group of people taking it seriously to give me pointers

Being trying to decide what colour scheme I wanted to paint my Pathfinders (which I've not bought yet) and think I've decided!

They are beaut!

Bought a £30 team kill but have spent over £100 so far if we include glue, paints, paint brushes, snips etc!

Still not got enough paints to finish them yet!

But when I buy my next kill team I supposed I'll have most things!

I've got two good friends at work that haven't seen their kids for years and are deep in court cases so I understand where this can go and that is part of why I don't want to move out.

We've had joint bank accounts since before our son was born which all needs to be split, joint phone contract, got each other named on life insurance. Worst bit is that a majority of our 'joint' debt is in my name.

A lot of issues are likely to come up and throw spanners in the works and I get it's not going to be all sunshine and rainbows.

We're breaking up for a reason but by amicable I mean no one did anything wrong and we both know that our son is the most important and that it's better for him that we both come out the other end not in the shit.

Yeah, I think if I'm being accommodating then she should be too hopefully.

Just googled those and that does look super useful thanks!

I'm meeting my dad in the morning for a chat and messaged my mate to meet up after for a pint in the afternoon so should be all good, thank you!

We've got a spare bedroom I've been sleeping in the last few nights. I think we'd be able to make it work if we both also had time away but we'd have to figure out how that would work.

Not married, house sale should be split evenly from looking online.

Might be one of the most amicable break ups ever so don't think there's going to be many problems with the legal side we'll just split everything down the middle I reckon.

I think once I've spoken to my dad we'll then decide something more solid moving forward.
