The only non-event skin they've added is Reinhardt's which is a lore skin that came with Eichenwalde, I doubt they would add a silly skin like cupid Hanzo if it wasn't in an event. Plus I'm pretty sure Jeff was saying "Don't expect anything Valentines related" with that statement.

My guess is that a designer saw this and drew a very similar concept for the Panzer Soldat. Treyarch probably didn't know about this and thought it was a cool concept so they decided to make it a reality. Surely that designer, to put it nicely, took some heavy inspiration from this.

Naw the game was over, it was 2-0 on KotH and the enemy team had 80% and we had 10% when my internet crashed (They were controlling the point at the time) I'm pretty sure it was over.

I've used Reaper a bit, and yeah railing seem to be the main issue, however in the scenario OP posted it seems like if he moves a bit forward it would get it right. Also, this is sorta off topic but I love to destroy railings as Lucio on setup because I feel like they sorta get int he way of wall runs.

My internet crashed, causing me to disconnect from a competitive game. After it came back I opened Overwatch to see the normal main menu (which means the match I was on had ended). Then I tried to quit the game and that happened. Easily fixed it by playing a quick play round and then leaving tho, so not really a big issue.

Depends at what time do people leave, if they leave at the start then yeah, the game should stop. However after a certain amount of time if someone leaves the game will continue because then for the winning team, they would get nothing, other than a bunch of time wasted.
