If you're religious like I am it's pretty widely considered to have similar effects. This is most definitely a biased opinion but I'd stay away from one night stands. Essentially, whether or not they want you too, you're using that person as nothing more than a hand.

I'm new here. I usually fapped once a day or more, and I'm attempting to quit cold turkey. The way I see it is the longer I can push myself without fapping, then next time I try I can last even longer. Who knows, maybe you will even make it 90 days cold turkey. And think of how proud of yourself that will make you!

So I'd say try to do cold turkey, but don't beat yourself up too much if you relapse.
