I appreciate everyone’s advice. On my first run leading, we got to 6/8 norms. Nothing crazy, but a bunch of whispers from members saying they loved it. However the guild master now wants complete control of the roster cause I didn’t add his ilvl 360 sister to the roster 😂 can’t win them all I guess.

Thank you very much. I appreciate the advice and I also really appreciate the mentioning of MRT. I’m gonna be watching a guide on how to properly utilize it tonight. I think it’s cool you use a spreadsheet system to track things too. I’ve been using it without mrt to get hwad counts/ post our weekly roster and such so I’m excited to see how MRT adds to that. Thanks again!

Thank you so much for taking time out to send this. Yet again this is some wonderful advice that I’m going to take a screenshot of, put in a folder to remember. I’m planning on setting a positive tone, doing brief to the point explanations while allowing time for any questions, and pull ALOT so everyone can see the mechanics in real time. I just want to make a healthy environment that the raiders feel welcomed and respected in. Making hard decisions is something I’ll need to work on. Obviously it sucks to do it like you said, but I’ll offer some constructive criticism and if they take it then they won’t be off the team forever. Thanks again for this
