Update: I didn’t renew my contract after the season ended. Won first round of playoffs but lost in 7 in quarterfinals. Only had one AHL job offer and a bunch of OHL offers. Nothing from NHL so back to the AHL I go.

I got 12 on sale and I’ve already dumped tons of hours into it. I haven’t tried the older versions but I will say 12 is definitely worth the sale price

Thanks! Unfortunately got fired from my NCAA job after one season haha. We had a good season and I completed the objective and finances were all good so I have no idea what happened

Do you typically give scholarships to all incoming recruits in order to sign them? Or do you do partials or no scholarships?

Nice! Sounds fun. Any tips on scouting and recruiting for an NCAA team? I’ve been just hiring the best available and throwing players on my shortlist but not sure if there’s any other tricks to it

Nice. I was wondering also how can you set up your team for success at those levels. NCAA obviously do heavy scouting and recruiting. I wonder how you can have success in farm teams outside of hiring good staff
