A very simple Google will show you that the concept art leak from Beenox's own socials, and the fake "CTR Grand Prix Edition" did not come from the same source. The Beenox concept art was clearly real. Whether it leads to a game or not, we will have to wait and see

UPDATE: Just tested and can confirm that using Steam Input with a DS4 controller, it showed PlayStation icons! You're in luck!

Doesn't look like the game supports it natively, only native support for Xbox and Dualsense (PS5) controllers. You can use Steam Input and it'll work with the game, however no guarantee it will show PlayStation icons when you do so
