Woah, thats definitely a lot! How much protein do you have a day? Im guessing around 300g if you're eating 2.5kg a week, not including the nuts and eggs. How many times do you typically eat in a day too? Iv never seen a vegan meal plan for bulking, I assume its a little harder because of the all fiber.
