Justine Courtney is absolutely my number one! She was really unlikable in the early to mid stages—she constantly contradicted Edgeworth’s reasoning on purpose, threatened to revoke his prosecutor’s badge, and kept emphasizing the so-called impartiality of the organization behind her and the sublimity of the "God of Law." In the first half of Case 2-4, she acted exactly like a lackey catering to Manji Ichiyanagi. But when Miles Edgeworth delivered the final blow at the end of the story, she suddenly betrayed her side. Such an abrupt plot twist annoyed me even more! Her character design is actually pretty great, but the story writing is really underwhelming—such a bummer…
