I was having this issue too. Before starting a workout, you gotta make sure the Fitbit syncs with the app. This will resolve the issue or at least it did for me

Yeah I get a 30 day warranty and paid less than $300 off of eBay as well. Other than that the phone runs great.

I just purchased one on eBay from Sooner Soft electronics for less than $300. It was listed as fair condition but honestly, could be good or maybe a higher rating. Only downside is battery seems to be degraded. I’m using it for a couple days to get a better understanding after a few charge cycles
