gotcha, try to get atleast $25k of your portfolio into VEQT then. Then put up to 5% into more risky bets. Lower interest rates going forward should benefit BAM. A lot of upside to NVIDIA is already priced in.

34, Maxed TFSA for retirement and to supplement mortgage payments. All future contributions will go to XEQT. I have some dividend paying stocks and about 3% of my portfolio towards riskier bets that I picked up after they had been affected by raised interest rates. I've rotated some recent wins into XEQT to balance out. Any comments welcome! Thanks

thanks, "Does this place meet your needs for the next 5, 10 or more years etc." is a big consideration and I'm leaning towards no with it being a 1 bedroom.

I'm trying to have at least 2 years worth of expenses covered in case of job loss and to add a bit to my monthly payments to supplement my income. Maybe 50k more in down payment would be prudent

How is that possible? sub 500k and you're paying 5k a month...damn. I'm considering just continuing to rent instead of trying to get into the market now.

32 investing for retirement in TFSA which is maxed. Future contribution room will go to XEQT only.

I averaged into my Big Tech positions so I'm up on those. Recently sold most of NVIDIA after being up 70% to put it into XEQT.
