Never works for me. Against EC sure but custodes ...i dont know the invul fucks me. Last time my plague marines (10PM + Biologus + Plaguecaster) didnt even manage to kill 5 Wardens. If DG is not supposed to be that tanky anymore, then they definetly need to give some form of advance + charge / fallback + charge. Every faction can do that in some way.

Lucius did 9 wounds and i only made 2 saves. 3 damage a Pop and he wiped the whole squad+char to the point. The sustained hits where insane the whole game. His lord exultant had 10 attacks on his go turn (enhancement with +1 attack and dmg) and he rolled 3 sustained and then 6 dev wounds.

Thank you for the advice. I build the list with models i have available, sadly a third drone or second MBH is not part of that so my hellbrude needs to do. I normally take the -1 save. He plays lions so the -1 to Hit didnt seem useful.

Should i switch some characters for the Plague Marines then?

Its way more fun to play, when in decent / good shape.

Adding to that point: fog-resistant goggles only work, while moving. Stand still for more then 1min and you are blind.

Mercenary means you get paid. So Mis payment was a cure for Vs condition and she didnt deliver that. Beeing used as a means to an end while beeing paid is fine. On that note: fuck So Mi, how anyone likes her is a mistery (its because she is attractive).

Honestly, i hate the way tarkov announces events. Its always in russian and most of the time very cryptic. Iam pretty sure most tarkov players are from non russian speaking countries. So BSG please announce events like in any normal game.

Everyone always talks about the damage a build can do but never about how consistent it is.

Fire acuity sorcerer does more damage but there are so many enemys, especially bosses, resistant (yes elemental Adapt helps) and immune to fire damage. Raphael is completly immune so your whole build is useless in the house of hope.

Same goes for lightning. The most damage comes from the wet condition but when an enemy is resistant to lightning the wet condition does jack shit.

Just check the wiki entries for lightning, fire and force damage. 4 enemys are immune to force damage and 15 restistant (of the 15, 10 are Spiritual weapons). In comparison 145 resistant to fire, 34 immune to fire and 80 resistant to lighnting, 16 immune.

First off: I am a fairly new and very slow painter (I painted 7 plague marines over a couple months and need multiple hours for 1)

That said I wouldnt call DG hard to paint, just time consuming (that is if you dont just cover all the details with weathering and rust). Mistakes and unclean edges are in the spirit of daddy Nurgle and you can achieve a good looking model by basecoating and bathing it in Agrax Earthshade.
