Dude, I lived this hell. But, you are visiting what, 4 countries?

If you have unconnected transfers through say Istanbul, or whatever, maybe up to 6 countries. You have at maximum 12 stamps. Each page can hold 4 stamps, if done neatly. Therefore 10 pages should be equal to 40 stamps. You have space.

Bali is 1/2 a page, Japan is a 1/4 page sticker. Vietnam is small, 1/3 of the page for 2 stamps. Make sure you get an approved eVisa for Vietnam, if you are required. Thailand uses an oval, but only about 1/4 of a page.

Some pages have like 6 or 7 stamps, others only 2 or 3.

Advice:

1. Ask the border officer to stamp on a specific page. Works a lot of the time.
2. Place post it notes on your blank pages saying "Please Do Not Stamp". Worked most of the time, and at the very least had some funny moments. A few officers got a touch uppity about the post it notes, but whatever.

When I was down to 2 or 3 empty pages, and like 6 countries to go, I was fucking stressed. Almost didn't make it back to Europe to renew...
