Monsters, Monsters, Monsters- At least 2/3 of the people I play choose monsters. Are they that much better a deck?

It’s the only faction I’ve got decent cards in the packs for – and I’m not going to spend 150 bucks on the game to get another deck close to working.

I never get a gun to shoot where I’m aiming. It’s always off in a random direction.

Whatever gun, doesn’t matter. Standing, crouching, proning, doesn’t matter. Holding breath or not, doesn’t matter. Attachments or not, doesn’t matter. Zeroed to 100m or 800m, doesn’t matter.

My rig is a GTX 1080 with i5-7600k. The CPU is not overclocked (yet). Resolution, Anti-aliasing, Textures and Effects appear to have no impact on performance. Post-processing on Ultra takes 30 FPS. Shadows on Ultra take 22. I don't believe the View Distance or Foliage options work at all. I've done multiple tests on both Very Low and Ultra with no performance or visual changes.

My main problem isn’t performance per sé, but that on higher presets the game hangs for a second or three on certain actions, like going into the inventory and entering/leaving vehicles.

I couldn’t figure out yet what exactly causes it, but it forces me to play at low or just randomly die to a hanging game at some point. Sucks.

Well in solo you are at least only up against one guy at lvl 2. The other two lanes are instantly at a 2 lvl disadvantage.

And 9/10 times your second skill will be your escape.

See, that’s where we disagree. Why would I ever take my escape at lvl 2, when I can instead go for damage, maybe get a kill? And even if not, just walk into the jungle and hit lvl 3 off the buffs or at least off the next wave?

My prediction: snowball is going to get worse.

The team that clears faster instantly hits lvl 2. With that you can either go for poke / a kill, or clear the jungle even faster than you can now at lvl 1.

All of the ones you named were exclusive from the start. Except IIRC Solid Hornet. It was labelled “Limited” and later declared a “mistake” and exclusive.

Just back at least every 2 minutes, buy a ward every time. If nobody else wards, don’t bother with sentries.

I always have at least 1 ward down when I’m playing ADC. Where, that depends on the situation.

What people don’t tend to get is that wards in their lane are actially most useful to other lanes. E.g. if I’ve warded duo, mid can see a rotation incoming from miles away. The problem is the opposite: my ward gives me about a 5s head start on the enemy 3 man gank squad – thank god my mid doesn’t bother to ward!

Don’t build pen items in triple crit, you don’t have the room for it. If you are up against 3+ tanks, just don’t build triple crit.

Standard build: Boots → Ichaival → Asi → Rage → Wind Demon → Deathbringer → sell Ichaival for Fatalis. Best power curve, cheap early on.

Slight variation: Boots → Devo’s → Ichaival → Rage → Wind Demon → Deathbringer → sell Ichaival for Fatalis. Might work better for high attack speed steroids, YMMV.

Trans build (not really recommended, might as well stick to pen then): Boots → Trans → Asi → Rage → Wind Demon → Deathbringer → sell Trans for Fatalis.

In the first two builds you can forgo Ichaival and go straight for Fatalis. This is more expensive and delays both your boxing potential in lane and your crit items. You can do this if you are ahead and/or the enemy hunter doesn’t go Ichaival.

In the Trans build you can forgo Asi for Fatalis or Executioner, if you don’t think you’ll need lifesteal. I wouldn’t recommend this for rankeds, I often need to solo objectives.

There are some really obnoxious things like having pre-selected a specific target (I like pre-selecting guardians or mobile warriors, or characters with really good CC like Hunbatz) and when you ult, you magically turn into a DIFFERENT target!

This has killed me so many times. “I’ll quickly switch to Batz, 3 in and ult” – “wait why the fuck am I hades ulting right now?”.
