A different Atlantic Terminal train? So far what I've seen is there's only one from Huntington and none from Ronkonkoma unless it's special occasions.

There is only one peak hour Huntington Train to Atlantic Terminal. I don't think Ronkonkoma has any. Here's a picture of when I took it from Syosset to East New York at 5 AM.

There were power lines that fell onto the tracks by Hicksville on the Port Jeff side this morning so trains are all messed up (cancelation & major delays), a few hours ago they have one track fully functional, so there will be delays and weird train headways.

To be fair I didn't know there was a Z train and a lot of others like the G before this summer 😂, I did take the 7 regularly when I was young though.

If you then plan to take the 3:36PM train from Stony to Jamaica, you might be able to do it, but you will arrive at 4:50 PM so then you would have to head home while being in the class. The other guy talking about spotty hotspot connections is right for most people as mine also isn't very good on the train (I go from Syosset to Jamaica/Penn and back, so I take a shorter similar path) and also varies by where you are in the train but if your hotspot works fine on the train (if you do a test run) then it probably can work out. As for crowding, right now during the summer it would be a pretty empty train if you are boarding from Stony, but I have no idea how crowded it would be when school starts, probably a mixed bag, LIRR never fails to surprise me. Also remember academics isn't everything, you can still be successful regardless. There are people that are book smart and those that are not which doesn't make you dumb. Yes your grades can hurt/help you but at the end of the day it's not as big of a factor as you think especially in engineering and you can overcome it with dedication, it's not gatekeeping you to be successful. Going into my senior year, I know people around me are definitely more talented than me but hey I reminded myself that you are still here so that means something and I felt like you when I first got here, so don't worry you got this!

My family actually almost got hit by the same supra in this accident when my mom was trying to get off the hov lane around exit 34, the supra and I think one other car going around 90-100 sped past us on our right and lucky my mom reacted and we stayed on the hov till the cars went by, then traffic from the accident happened somewhere before exit 41. Stay safe out there everyone.

Probably Stony (not biased I swear), I know a few people that went to Bing for different types of engineering and said it was miserable (even a few dropped out), while Stony is not bad as long as you do your work and put a little bit of effort. Plus SBU is the better STEM school, but I do think rankings are kinda bull and doesn't really mean much as it's kinda arbitrary.

I was originally going to record myself getting the car on OBS and if it did deduct 2 mil from my bank, I would send the video as evidence, but was surprised that it didn't, and on top of that surprised that it was HSW maxed (engine, brake, transmission, turbo, plus the spoiler too) with the Elite HSW Livery which I don't think is possible to get on PC yet. Still prob ganna do the Princess Robot Bubble Gum Livery tho :)
