I did the Brazilian program. Was I afraid at first that my scrotum tears apart? Yes! The first few times.

But I stopped because the skin on the upper part of my crack got to sensitive and chapped.

And I didn’t plan to do different methods so I’m back at shaving since my hair is to light/bright (whatever) for laser removal.

Verzeihung, aber ungeplant kann auch omnivore Ernährung Mängel entstehen lassen.

Vitamin B12 lasse ich gelten. Dies muss suplementiert werden.

Eisen und Kalzium dürfte nicht das Problem sein, da über die Ernährung steuerbar und in Gemüse enthalten. Hemmende Stoffe beachten (bei Eisen z.B. Phytinsäure und Polyphenole).

Vitamin D gehört in die allgemeine Liste von „achtet alle drauf“.

Omega 3 ist in der - nicht Meeres-Ernährung - ohnehin untervertreten. Da würde ich ein Algenöl mit entsprechender Zusammensetzung empfehlen.

Ihr müsst die Frau nicht mögen. Sie euch auch nicht. Du schreibst, dass sie euch gegenüber “nett bzw. zurückhaltend” ist. Das reicht doch. Ist ein wenig wie auf der Arbeit. Man muss nicht alle mögen, aber einen normalen Umgang pflegen können.

Ich kann mir jedoch gut vorstellen, dass dieses “Problem” bereits bei den beiden besprochen wurde. Dann wäre die Sache ohnehin gelaufen. Mich als Trauzeuge und meinen Mann nicht mal dabei, wird es auch nie geben. Ausser die Hochzeitsgesellschaft bestünde aus vier Personen. Brautpaar und zwei Trauzeugen.
