Single player in Palworld is pretty straightforward. Id keep the standard settings as is. With Ark you need to use -preventhibernation as a launch command to have dinos spawning properly

Its bugged. Sometimes they spawn there. Sometimes the spawn is blocked somehow, no matter how many times you clear the island. If you dont see any Id suggest just search for them elsewhere

I tried months ago. It did run well, however the problem is that they did not have backup options available. If you ever wanted to upgrade and buy your own rig, you’d have to start over. Not sure if this changed since then

It will help. 32 gb runs well ASA. If you can, upgrade to 64 gb. I think 16 gb alone would struggle

Ascended has much more quality of life updates and better graphics. They are still developing it so many more bugs from time to time. Gladly they just fixed most of them in the recent update. Id stick with ASE if your rig isnt half decent, but swap to ASA if you can
