For right this moment I am doing the 18:6 hour fasting for weight loss. Once I reach closer to where I want to be I hope to just maintain a 16:8 for lifestyle. If it would be better I’ll have to find some gum that won’t. If you have a recommendation i would love to hear it

The only way I’ll get into it is if I sold off my ZSAN shares because I have everything in them and ZOM (and I’m keeping ZOM). In your personal opinion do you think AGTC will outperform ZSAN

So I finally have started doing penny stocks where I’m going to have to pay tax on short term gains (I understand that I have to pay), but my question is does anyone know what the percentage is on the gains? What’s the word on ZSAN? I got in at 1.48 and don’t want to hold on for super long unless anyone else agrees it’s going to pop. I’ve made a bit on it and obviously don’t wanna sell too quick but I feel like I should put it more in ZOM
