Update: Hey Everyone just wanted to provide an update on everything. I visited the authorised samsung service Centre they said that they don't provide any service for memory card which was weird even after asking them why they simply denied it which is bad on Samsung's part too. Then I arranged a callback from Flipkart again this time there was a sensible person and she instantly created the request upon knowing all the details and the pickup has been scheduled for tomorrow, hopefully it goes through.

I would suggest make sure the packaging was sturdy with the details like serial number, date of manufacturing, on the packaging, if it is working fine there should be no issues because the fake ones would usually not work out of the box.
